Information on the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website www.corexservices.it.

1. Data controller

The controller is CoreXServices S.r.l., Via Marco Aurelio 42, 20127 Milano (MI), Italy. Email: privacy@corexservices.it; certified email (PEC): corexservices.srl@legalmail.it. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted at dpo@mariomureddu.com.

2. What cookies and similar tools are

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on your device through the browser. The website may also use similar technologies, such as pixels and tools that record browsing events, for technical operation, visit analysis and advertising campaign measurement. Some cookies are managed directly by the website, others by third-party providers.

3. Types and purposes of the tools used

The technologies used by providers may read or write identifiers on the device and collect data such as IP address, browser information and interaction events, depending on the service configuration and the category authorised by the user.

Netlify provides website hosting and the server functions for the forms; Sanity manages editorial content; Resend forwards communications from the forms; Ydea records and manages contact and quote requests in the CRM. These services process data as part of running the website, but their presence does not in itself involve setting non-necessary cookies on the user's device. OpenStreetMap and map services make it possible to display our offices; loading external resources may involve transmitting technical data, including the IP address, to the map service.

4. How consent is collected and managed

On your first visit, the banner lets you accept all non-necessary tools, reject them or choose individual categories. Not giving consent does not prevent browsing the parts of the website that do not require these tools. Closing the banner without a positive action does not activate non-necessary technologies. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through "Cookie preferences" on the website. Your preference is kept for six months, unless changed earlier.

5. Duration and management of cookies

Personal data collected through statistical and advertising tools is kept for as long as needed for the respective purposes, within the limits of the settings applied to the services and the choices made by the user. Consent preferences are kept for six months. Users can delete cookies through their browser settings and change or withdraw their preferences through the "Cookie preferences" link on the website.

6. Recipients and international transfers

To provide the services described, data may be disclosed to the providers listed in this notice, according to their respective roles. Using providers that also operate outside the European Economic Area may involve international data transfers. Such transfers take place in the cases and with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, including, where applicable, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. For information on the safeguards applied and to request a copy, data subjects can write to privacy@corexservices.it.

7. Legal basis

The use of strictly necessary technical cookies is based on the need to provide the requested service and, where personal data is involved, on the legitimate interest in the operation and security of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. For non-necessary cookies and technologies, the legal basis is the user's consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the rules applicable to terminal equipment.

8. Rights and further information

Data subjects may ask the controller for confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed and for access to it (Art. 15 GDPR); they may ask for it to be rectified or completed (Art. 16), erased where the conditions are met (Art. 17), or for processing to be restricted (Art. 18). Where applicable, they may receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and ask for it to be transmitted to another controller (Art. 20). They may object to processing based on legitimate interest on grounds relating to their particular situation and object at any time to direct marketing (Art. 21). Consent for statistical and advertising cookies may be withdrawn or changed at any time through the "Cookie preferences" feature, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, you can contact CoreXServices S.r.l. at privacy@corexservices.it or the DPO at dpo@mariomureddu.com. The controller normally replies within one month, which may be extended with reasons in the cases provided for by Article 12 GDPR. Data subjects may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or apply to the competent judicial authority.

9. Updates

This Cookie Policy may be updated if the technologies used or the applicable rules change. Last updated: October 12, 2026.
